- Purpose of processing: handling and responding to enquiries and questions received through the chat.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The use of the chat’s cookies is based on consent.
- Categories of personal data: messages sent in the chat, any name and email address provided, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and the page on which the chat was opened.
- Sources: the data is obtained from the data subjects themselves and from technical data collected by the chat service.
- Recipients and transfers: the chat service is provided by tawk.to Inc., which processes the data as our service provider. The data may be processed outside the EU or EEA, in which case transfers are carried out using the safeguards described in section 6 of the privacy notice.
- Retention period: chat conversations are kept for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry.
