The PoDoCo pool brings academia and companies together by funding collaboration projects between young doctors and businesses. Two application rounds are organized annually. The PoDoCo funding foundations are Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation, Foundation for the Promotion of Technology, Svenska Kulturfonden, KAUTE Foundation, and the Foundation for Economic Education.
The program is open to all Finnish companies or companies operating in Finland, regardless of industry, and to individuals who have recently completed their doctoral degree or will defend their thesis in the near future.
The program is coordinated by DIMECC Oy.
